My teaching approach focuses on real-world application—whether it's understanding chronic and acute conditions, mastering medical terminology, or navigating electronic health records. I emphasize the development of strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, all of which are essential for success in today’s healthcare environments. My goal is to empower each student with the knowledge, hands-on training, and professionalism needed to transition seamlessly into the workforce. I believe in nurturing not only skilled graduates, but compassionate, competent healthcare professionals who make a meaningful impact in every patient interaction

I believe every student deserves an education that empowers them with practical, job-ready skills. In our Medical Office Administrator (MOA) courses, we focus on the core pillars of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism—whether it’s mastering medical terminology, understanding human body systems, or navigating electronic medical records and billing software. Beyond the technical knowledge, I also emphasize the development of soft skills—such as patient communication, confidentiality, time management, and teamwork—which are essential for success in today’s healthcare environments. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel supported, motivated, and challenged to reach their full potential. I take great pride in mentoring the next generation of medical office professionals—those who will become the trusted coordinators, administrators, and communicators at the heart of every healthcare team. Watching students grow into confident, capable professionals who contribute meaningfully to patient care is the most rewarding part of my role.
