Select from a variety of degree programs in some of the country's most promising career fields.
ERP College is dedicated to providing students with the necessary support and resources to help them complete their studies successfully. The College ensures that a safe, respectful, and fair environment is maintained for all students and staff members.
Admission Requirements Policy
At ERP College, we are committed to making your path to education as smooth and transparent as possible. Our admissions process is designed to provide you with the information and support you need to make informed decisions. From your initial inquiry to program orientation, our team will guide you through each step, sharing program details, financial aid options, and what you need to successfully enroll.
To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification and academic documentation such as a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalency. English language proficiency must meet Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 7. After submitting documents, students complete an interview and, upon acceptance, sign an official enrollment contract to confirm their spot. Attending orientation is mandatory and ensures that all students understand class schedules, support services, and campus expectations.
Students who require learning accommodations due to a documented disability can request support during the admissions process. By disclosing the need for accommodations early and providing supporting documentation, students help us ensure timely and appropriate academic support. All information shared remains confidential, and requests are reviewed carefully to ensure fair access to learning without altering essential course requirements.
ERP College, together with the designated staff member for international students will continue to be knowledgeable about the ADR and the responsibilities outlined in this agreement.
Student Attendance Policy
Consistent attendance is a key part of success at ERP College. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, whether in person or online, and to stay engaged throughout the duration of their program. Attendance is monitored daily and used to track academic progress, participation, and eligibility for graduation.
To remain in good standing, students must meet a weekly attendance minimum. Falling below this threshold, such as attending less than 12 hours per week (or 8 for students with disabilities), missing two weeks in a row, or accumulating too many absences, can result in warnings, academic probation, or even dismissal. These policies help ensure that students can complete their training successfully and stay on track with their goals.
If a student must miss class, they are required to notify both their instructor and the academic department ahead of time, providing the reason and any supporting documentation, like a doctor’s note. Students have the right to appeal any disciplinary decisions related to attendance, and appeals are reviewed fairly and promptly. This approach encourages accountability while also providing support and flexibility when truly needed.
Dispute Resolution Policy
ERP College believes in resolving student concerns quickly, respectfully, and fairly. If you experience an issue with a class, instructor, or service, we encourage you to first speak directly with the person involved. Many misunderstandings can be resolved informally through open communication and mutual understanding.
If the concern is not resolved informally, students may file a formal written complaint with the Senior Educational Administrator. If the issue involves this administrator, the complaint may be directed to the HR Department. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days and should include a detailed description of the issue, any supporting documentation, and a summary of attempted informal resolution. All students have the right to be represented by a friend, family member, or legal advisor during the process.
Â
The college will respond to complaints in a timely manner, typically within 10 business days, and will issue a written decision. If a student is unhappy with the result, they can submit an appeal within 5 business days. ERP College ensures that students are protected from retaliation when raising concerns, and all personal information shared during this process remains confidential. Students also have the option to contact the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) if their issue remains unresolved.
Grade Appeal Policy
ERP College supports fair and transparent grading. If a student believes their final course grade was assigned in error or inconsistent with the course outline, they have the right to appeal. This process ensures all students are evaluated accurately and treated with respect throughout their academic journey.

Student Refund and Withdrawal Policy
ERP College follows clear and fair guidelines for refunds and student withdrawals, in line with provincial regulations. If you choose to withdraw from your program, the amount of tuition refunded will depend on when you notify the college and how much of the program has been completed. All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
Full refunds (minus the application fee) are issued if students withdraw within 7 days of signing the enrollment contract and before the program starts. Partial refunds are available if a student withdraws later or is dismissed, with the retained portion of tuition based on how much of the program has been completed. Students who fail to attend the first 30% of classes may receive only 50% of their tuition back. Dismissals may also result in reduced refunds, depending on the stage of the program.

Refund policies also apply to distance education, international students, and course materials. International students who are denied a study permit will receive a refund unless they request another Letter of Acceptance for the same program. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, a dismissal decision, or a regulatory directive. ERP College reviews this policy regularly to stay aligned with best practices and student rights.
Sexual Misconduct Policy
ERP College is dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all students, staff, and visitors. Sexual misconduct of any kind is not tolerated. This includes sexual assault, harassment, stalking, and inappropriate online behaviour. All complaints are taken seriously, and survivors are treated with dignity, confidentiality, and care.
If someone experiences or witnesses sexual misconduct, they are encouraged to report it in writing to the Senior Educational Administrator. The report should include names, a description of what happened, and any relevant dates. An impartial investigation will follow, allowing both parties to share their side of the story. The college will act quickly and fairly to address the issue and will issue a written summary of the findings.
Consequences for confirmed misconduct may include warnings, suspension, expulsion, or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the incident. ERP College also provides annual training to all students and staff on consent, healthy relationships, and how to report misconduct. The policy is reviewed every two years to ensure that the college remains proactive in creating a safe and inclusive community.
Student Academic Policy
ERP College maintains a clear and transparent student expulsion policy to uphold the integrity of our learning environment. Expulsion may result from academic dishonesty, non-payment of tuition, harassment, discrimination, or other forms of misconduct. Academic dishonesty includes but is not limited to plagiarism, cheating, falsification of documents, or unauthorized collaboration. Any student found to have committed such offences will face disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
Additional grounds for expulsion include harassment or discrimination toward fellow students, instructors, or staff; providing false or misleading information during admissions; and failure to pay tuition fees after receiving formal notice. Repeated academic failure or failure to meet the minimum passing requirements of a program, particularly after multiple attempts, may also lead to expulsion. Students who damage, misuse, or steal college property may face restitution and permanent removal. ERP College applies these rules fairly, consistently, and in accordance with BC’s private training regulations, ensuring due process and student rights are upheld throughout.
Privacy Policy
ERP College takes its responsibility to protect the personal information of students, staff, and affiliated individuals seriously. As required by federal and provincial privacy laws, including BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), we ensure that all personal data is collected, stored, and used securely and responsibly. Student records, academic information, and identification documents are accessed only by authorized personnel with a legitimate academic or operational need.
Personal information will never be shared without a student’s written consent, unless disclosure is required by law, a regulatory body, or a court order. In rare instances where access is required by a legal authority or government agency, ERP College complies fully while safeguarding student dignity and privacy. We also train our staff on responsible data handling practices and review our privacy procedures regularly to ensure compliance. Students may request access to their own records at any time, and we are committed to transparency in how we manage all personal information.
Student Academic Policy
ERP College is committed to resolving student complaints fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with BC’s private career college regulations. We encourage students to bring forward concerns as soon as possible, beginning with informal discussion with the relevant instructor or staff member. If the issue remains unresolved, the student must submit a written complaint within 30 days of the incident to the College President. Students may bring a support person or advocate to any formal meeting, and ERP College ensures that no student will face retaliation for submitting a complaint.
Once received, complaints are reviewed within a 10-day period, and a written decision is provided within 21 business days. All proceedings are documented, and records are maintained for at least three years from the date of resolution, as required by PTIRU standards. Anonymous complaints are not accepted, as transparency and accountability are critical in ensuring the integrity of the complaint process. If a student is not satisfied with the outcome, they may escalate the complaint to the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) for independent review. We take all complaints seriously and strive to improve our services and learning environment through open dialogue.
Academic Dishonesty Guidelines
ERP College strictly prohibits any form of academic dishonesty, as it undermines the integrity of our learning environment and the value of our credentials. Academic dishonesty includes, but is not limited to, plagiarism, cheating on exams, unauthorized collaboration, falsifying documents, using unapproved aids, or soliciting another student’s work. These actions are taken seriously, and students found in violation will receive a grade of zero for the assignment or exam, and may face further disciplinary action, including expulsion.
Â
We uphold academic integrity as a core value, consistent with standards expected by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of British Columbia. Our goal is to foster independent learning and ethical behaviour, preparing students to act professionally in the workforce. ERP College educates students on academic expectations and encourages them to ask for help when unsure about proper citation or collaboration rules. By promoting fairness and responsibility, we create a respectful academic environment for all.

Outstanding Fees Guidelines
Students are expected to pay tuition and all associated program fees in full and on time. Non-payment of tuition is considered a serious matter and may result in formal warnings, denial of access to instructional services, or expulsion if unresolved. ERP College will issue a written notification if fees remain unpaid, and students will be given the opportunity to arrange payment or seek support through financial aid channels.
As a licensed institution in British Columbia, ERP College follows strict accountability practices in financial matters, as required by provincial regulation. Students facing financial hardship are encouraged to speak with college staff early to avoid escalation. Failure to respond to tuition warnings may result in permanent withdrawal from the program and forfeiture of eligibility for re-entry. Clear communication and transparency about financial obligations are central to maintaining student rights and institutional responsibilities.
Academic Failure Guidelines
ERP College supports all students in achieving academic success, offering assistance and resources throughout their program. However, if a student repeatedly fails courses or is unable to demonstrate the required competencies in practical assessments (such as labs or practicums), they may be subject to academic review and potential dismissal from the program. We assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer remediation opportunities when appropriate.
As a regulated private career college in BC, we are required to uphold program quality and graduation standards. If academic failure prevents a student from progressing meaningfully toward completion, ERP College will take necessary steps to ensure that the integrity of the credential is maintained. Our approach balances compassion with accountability and includes clear communication with the student about expectations, progress, and consequences.
Misuse of College Property Guidelines
Students are expected to treat college facilities, equipment, and property with care and respect. Damaging, stealing, or misusing college property is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion and a requirement to pay for damages. This applies to all spaces and materials used in class, practicum, or college-administered work environments.
ERP College views property misuse as a serious breach of trust and community standards. As part of our responsibility to provide a safe and professional learning space, we require all students to adhere to proper use guidelines for shared resources and equipment. Consequences for misuse are applied consistently and in line with ERP College’s institutional policies and BC’s private training regulations.

Significant Omissions in Admissions Documentation Guidelines
ERP College holds all applicants to a high standard of honesty and integrity. Any intentional misrepresentation or omission of important information on admissions documents, such as age, educational background, language proficiency, or prior academic history, is considered a serious violation of college ethics. Students are expected to provide complete and truthful information throughout the admissions process to ensure eligibility and regulatory compliance.
Deliberate falsification or withholding of critical information undermines the integrity of ERP College’s academic standards and may result in immediate expulsion, even after admission has been granted. We apply a zero-tolerance approach to these violations in order to uphold institutional credibility and fairness for all students. This practice is also in alignment with PTIRU expectations for private training institutions in British Columbia, which require transparency and integrity in all enrollment activities.
I believe every student deserves an education that empowers them with practical, job-ready skills. In our Medical Office Administrator (MOA) courses, we focus on the core pillars of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism—whether it’s mastering medical terminology, understanding human body systems, or navigating electronic medical records and billing software. Beyond the technical knowledge, I also emphasize the development of soft skills—such as patient communication, confidentiality, time management, and teamwork—which are essential for success in today’s healthcare environments. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel supported, motivated, and challenged to reach their full potential. I take great pride in mentoring the next generation of medical office professionals—those who will become the trusted coordinators, administrators, and communicators at the heart of every healthcare team. Watching students grow into confident, capable professionals who contribute meaningfully to patient care is the most rewarding part of my role.
